This is the main lesson ring and has a full course set during the warmer months.
Indoor Ring

Sand
Our indoor ring is set with gymnastics during the warm months and a full course during the cold ones. It has 3 large doors that are open in the summer to let more light in. These doors are shut in the winter to give the ring more warmth and protection from the elements.

This ring is typically empty of jumps, making it great for hacking, lunging, and flatting during lessons.
Trails
Kocher Farm has beautiful fields and trails winding through the woods and the power lines. Take your horse out for a stroll and escape the monotony of ring work.
The Barn
14' x 10' Stalls
Kocher Farm boasts 36 spacious stalls with 9 of them being matted. All are bedded with pine shavings and most have a large feed trough in the front. Stalls are picked daily and rebedded three times a week.
Aisle Crossties
Aside from our two main grooming stalls we also have four aisle cross ties.
Heated Wash Stall
This wash stall has hot water, heat lamps and a sliding door to keep you and your horse toasty during the cold months making it great for both bathing and clipping in the winter.
Grooming Stalls
We have 2 well lit, central grooming stalls.
Tack Room
Our newly renovated tack room is well lit and has plenty of room for your supplies. There is also an attic storage space for blankets.
Outdoor Wash Stalls
Freshly installed in summer of 2019, there are three cross ties and three hoses on a gravel bed making for great drainage and plenty of space for everyone.
Turnout
Field Turnout
Kocher Farm has 2 large, grass turnout fields. We use these fields for both group and pair turnout.
Solo Turnout
Kocher Farm has 2 smaller turnout areas suitable for pair or solo turnout.
